We have taken particular care to ensure that your new puppy is healthy. Your puppy has been selectively bred for excellent quality, health, soundness, intelligence, and good temperament.

Our Health Guarantee to You*

Health Check Policy — Before your puppy is sent home to you, he or she has undergone an extensive veterinary health check have followed our vaccination and deworming protocols to ensure your puppy arrives healthy and happy. We require your new puppy to be examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 72 hours after picking up your puppy.

Two Year Health Guarantee — If, within two year of purchase, your puppy is found to have a congenital or hereditary condition which adversely affects your puppy's health, we will provide you with a replacement puppy of equivalent value when one is available or a refund of the puppy after condition is verify by a licensed veterinarian and we have the option to have own vet to verify the condition.  Any congenital or hereditary condition that affects the puppy’s health must be verify by a licensed veterinarian to be cover under our health guarantee. We do not guarantee the color of the poodle/Aussiedoodle because poodles can have a fading gene which there is no test for. This means the coat of a poodle can clear (change color) until the dog matures about two years old. This does not mean your poodle will get lighter or darker in color only that it could occur and at this time there is no test availability for this gene.

HIP/ELBOW: We do everything we can to make sure your new puppy is genetical free of hip and elbow dysplasia by ensuring the puppy is from lines of certified clear parents. Studies have shown that hip dysplasia is only about 20% genetic and 80% environmental.

Once your puppy is home you must do your part to keep your puppy heathy. 

A) Make sure the dog has not been abused or involved in any type of accident where bones are broken or bruised.

B) The dog must have properly nourished and exercised. No jumping out of trucks, catching Frisbees in midair, etc. until fully developed at 2 years of age. 

C) The dog should not be spayed or neutered before the age of 18 months 

D) The dog must be kept healthy and not overweight. 

E) It is a good ideal to give your puppy a good joint supplement of your choice as a preventative

F) Feed your puppy an age-appropriate food talk to your vet about which food will be best for your dog.

G) Do not take your new puppy to any public places until fully vaccinate. Around 4 months old puppies receive their final round vaccinates. But be sure to ask your vet beforehand. Also, you must have annual veterinary checkups on your dog, and properly administer heartworm preventative

H) Your new puppy must be groomed on a regular schedule by you or a professional groomer

I do not guarantee your new puppy will not shed but the puppy will be an exceptionally low if at all shedders each dog is different.

I do not guarantee that the dog is be 100 % hypoallergenic no one dog is 100% hypoallergenic but the doodle is the best choice for those allergies suffers for many people. Please do your research before getting a doodle or any other dog.

 Purchaser has released the Seller from all further claims and waived any rights to pursue any claims against the Seller.

This Health Guarantee shall be ended and become invalid if the Purchaser does not follow any term in this Agreement about the care, maintenance, or medical treatments or procedures that the Purchaser is responsible for providing to the puppy.

If buyer returns the puppy to Poodledoodlesstandard has been abused under the buyer’s control, Poodledoodlesstandard will not replace the puppy and the guarantee is invalid. If the new owner cannot no longer care for the puppy Poodledoodlesstandard must be notify of any rehoming of the puppy and I have the first choice to take the puppy back If at the time you need to place your puppy and I cannot take back the puppy I will help you rehome puppy. And if the puppy is placed in a new home, we must be notified of who and where the new home is. The guarantee will not be transfer to any new owner. Poodles/doodles are not outside dogs and should not be tied outside on a chain or rope. Poodles / doodles should not be kept outside for extended period. 

All shipping costs of replacement dogs will be buyer’s responsibility.

Seller has the choice to repossess a puppy if evidence is found that the puppy has been neglected and/or abused at no expense to the seller. Buyer understands this contract fully and that this contract is under the authority of the State of Fl. In the County of Lee. It is agreed the place of venue shall be in Lee County, FL... All part of this contract is invalid if any of the above criteria's have not been met in and at designated time of age. LIMITATION OF CONTRACT This Contract applies to the original puppy owner only and is not transferable to a second party without prior written acceptance by PoodleDoodlesstandard
