Our Health Guarantee to You*
Health Check Policy — Before your puppy is sent home to you, he or she has undergone an extensive veterinary health check have followed our vaccination and deworming protocols in an effort to ensure your puppy arrives healthy and happy. We require your new puppy to be examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 72 hours after picking up your puppy.
Year 1 Health Guarantee — If, within one year of purchase, your puppy is found to have a congenital or hereditary condition which adversely affects your puppy's health, we will provide you with a replacement puppy of equivalent value when one is available or a refund of the puppy after condition is verify by a licensed veterinarian and we have the option to have own vet to verify the condition. The new owner is responsible for any injuries once the puppy is in the possession of the new owner and not PoodleDoodlesstandard. Any congenital or hereditary condition that affects the puppy’s health must be verify by a licensed veterinarian to be cover under our health guarantee. We don’t guarantee the color of the poodle/Aussiedoodle because poodles can have a fading gene which there is no test for. This means the coat of a poodle can clear (change color) until the dog matures about two years old. This does not mean your poodle will get lighter or darker in color only that it could occur and at this time there is no test availability for this gene.
HIP/ELBOW: We do everything we can to make sure your new puppy is genetical free of hip and elbow dysplasia by ensuring the puppy is from lines of certified clear parents. Studies have shown that hip dysplasia is only about 20% genetic and 80% environmental. Once your puppy is home you must do your part to keep your puppy heathy.
A) Make sure the dog has not been abused or involved in any type of accident where bones are broken or bruised.
B) The dog has been properly nourished and exercised. No jumping out of trucks, catching Frisbees in midair, etc. until fully developed at 2 years of age.
C) The dog should not be spayed or neutered before the age of two
D) The dog must be kept healthy and not overweight.
D) It is a good ideal to give your puppy a good joint supplement of your choice as a preventative E) feed your puppy an age-appropriate food do not feed puppy food to puppies over 6 months of age feed an adult food with lower levels of dietary protein and calcium. We do not guarantee for Panosteitis (growing pains) in Poodles
F) Do not take your new puppy to any public places until fully vaccinate.
G)Do not over-feed or over-exercise your dog and, do not over-exercise your dog during his or her growth period. No jumping out of trucks, catching Frisbees in midair, off furniture, etc. until fully developed at 2 years of age. If the puppy is neutered before the age of 18 mouths or breed before the age of two will voids the hip/elbow guarantee. Early neutering and spaying poses health risks for fast growing dogs.
YOU MUST FULFILL THESE OBLIGATIONS, AS EXPLAINED HEREIN, OR THIS HEALTH GUARANTEE WILL TERMINATE AND BECOME NULL AND VOID*
You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) business days of receipt of the puppy and, to ensure the health of your dog, you must visit the veterinarian on a regular basis ensuring your dog receives proper health checkups and timely inoculations.
Your puppy comes with up-to-date vaccinations. You therefore should not vaccinate the puppy within the first ten (10) days of receiving the puppy to avoid over vaccination.
Year 1: If within one (1) year from the date of purchase from Seller, a dog is found and certified by two (2) duly licensed doctors of veterinary medicine (DVMs) of Purchaser's choosing to have a congenital or hereditary condition which adversely affects the health of the dog, and if Seller is notified within five (5) business days of the first veterinarian's determination, the Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value. Seller reserves the right to obtain a third opinion of Seller's choosing to determine the congenital or hereditary condition. All laboratory verification must be done by a licensed DVM.
Purchaser Acknowledgments: Purchaser is aware that owning a puppy means frequent visits to a licensed DVM and understands that he/she will be responsible for all costs associated with all veterinarian visits, such as but not limited to any veterinarian costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes. Failure of the Purchaser to provide puppy with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this Health Guarantee. Purchasers should follow a recommended nutritional program, including feeding only premium dog foods and vitamin supplements. No replacement or credit will be given if the poodle is overweight or over exercised
Purchaser has released the Seller from any and all further claims and waived any rights to pursue any claims against the Seller.
This Health Guarantee shall terminate and become null and void if the Purchaser fails to comply with any term in this Agreement regarding the care, maintenance, or medical treatments or procedures that the Purchaser is responsible for providing to the puppy.
If buyer returns the puppy to Poodledoodlesstandard has been abused under the buyer’s control, Poodledoodlesstandard will not replace the puppy and the guarantee is null and void. If the new owner cannot no longer care for the puppy Poodledoodlesstandard must be notify of any rehoming of the puppy notified and has the first option to purchase the puppy back at no more the original selling price. And if the puppy is placed in a new home, we must be notified of who and where the new home is location. The guarantee will not be transfer to any new owner. Poodles are not outside dogs and should not be tied outside on a chain or rope. Poodles should not be kept outside for long period of time. And must be groomed as needed.
All shipping costs of replacement dogs will be buyer’s responsibility.
Seller has the option to repossess a puppy if evidence is found that the puppy has been neglected and/or abused at no expense to the seller. Buyer understands this contract fully and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Fl. In the County of Lee. It is agreed the place of venue shall be in Lee County, FL... Any and all part of this contract is null and void if any of the above criteria's have not been met in and at designated time of age. LIMITATION OF CONTRACT This Contract applies to the original puppy owner only and is not transferable to a second party without prior written acceptance by PoodleDoodlesstandard
